E·lec·trum (/əˈlektrəm/), noun – an alloy of gold with at least 20% silver. An alloy is a metal made by combining two or more metallic elements, especially to give greater strength or resistance to corrosion.
Electrum Performance is a virtual training platform that provides cutting-edge individualized online workout programs to athletes of any sport, at any skill or experience level, worldwide. Our coaches come from some of the best academic programs in the world, with experience working with elite athletes in multiple sports across the country, and are NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS). All of our members get coaching access and progressive, goal-driven programming in a supportive and focused training community.
With Electrum, no two programs are the same. We specify our programming to every individual, helping you move better, perform better, and become an alloy; strong and resilient.
–I’m a beginner, is this site too advanced for me?
No one is too new or too advanced to use our site! Our platform allows us to customize your program in order to cater to individual experience levels, rate of improvement, daily stress/performance, and everything in between
–I currently have an injury, can I still use the site?

-The Team EP workouts are scheduled for Monday/Wednesday/Friday. Can I train on other days if it works better for my schedule?
Yes, you are able to rearrange your training days to best fit YOUR schedule and YOUR goals! You can do so by going to “My Journal” -> Month View. From there, you can click and drag the workouts to whichever day you’d like! Completed workouts show up as green, and pending workouts are blue.
–I’m having issues with my account. Who should I contact?

–I am NOT Brazilian jiu-jitsu or mixed martial artist (MMA) athlete. Can I still sign up for Team EP?
Absolutely! While we design our strength training programs with combat sports athletes in mind, it’s totally okay for someone who doesn’t compete in combat sports to sign up and follow our workouts. No matter the sport or activity, everyone needs to get strong!
-Can I follow other training templates at the same time?
Our programs are designed under the assumption that it is the only strength training you will be performing. Attempting to combine multiple programs can you leave you burned out, confused, and at a greater risk for injury. More volume is not always better!
Having said that, some of our standalone products are designed to sync with group plans or work as “Add ons”. You can view our Add On programs on the “Workout Plans” page.
–I am a Brazilian jiu-jitsu or mixed martial artist (MMA) athlete. Are you available for coaching in person?

-What is Autoregulation?
Autoregulatory training is a system based on an individual athlete’s physiological and mental state, automatically configuring programming variables to the athlete’s specific needs at the time. This method attempts to adjust for athlete’s adaptations, allowing for increases in load and strength at an individual pace by catering training stress to daily performance measures.
