“Muscle Confusion” is BS!!

IF YOUR TRAINING IS RANDOM, YOUR RESULTS WILL BE RANDOM TOO

There’s simply no need to “keep your body guessing” where strength training is concerned. Your muscles are never confused! They response exactly to the exact stimulus/tension placed upon them

To properly apply progressive overload means repetition. If you find that boring, well tough shit, that’s how strength training works

Keep in mind that the goal is to master a skill. In order to do that, you have to practice that skill over and over and over again
