Our number one focus for any grappling practitioner is to make their body more resilient and harder to injure. This program is designed to "bulletproof" your hips, which play a huge role in nearly every movement on the mats.

The Resiliency Series can be used as a warm up or accessory work, and will go a long way towards keeping you on the mats and improving your game.
