Given almost any physique, strength training using sound principles will absolutely get you closer to your ideal physique. Building muscle is an extremely difficult and slow process, and we can ALWAYS re-assess and dial back on specific muscle groups that you feel are adequately developed. Cardio can be a part of the process, but our foundation should be centered on efficient strength training and sound nutritional habits.
