No one is too new or too advanced to use our site! Our competition-tested methods allow us to customize every aspect of your program in order to cater to individual experience levels, rate of improvement, daily stress/performance, and everything in between.
We offer a simple user experience, anyone can sign up in 3 easy steps:
1. Sign up at electrumperformance.com
2. Select your subscription plan at checkout
3. Download our app and sign in
It’s necessary to first join Team EP on our website, electrumperformance.com. Once you’ve signed up and gone through the checkout process, you can download the app and log in
Yes! While most EP programs assume access to a commercial gym or similar, we also provide at-home minimal equipment or bodyweight-only options for people who are still without gym access. You can make significant progress from the comfort of your own home!
Most of our programs are designed using equipment that is commonly found in commercial gyms - squat racks, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, cable columns, common machines, and resistance bands. However, we also offer minimal equipment and bodyweight only at-home options.
