Our number one focus for any grappling practitioner is to make their body more resilient and harder to injure. This program is designed to "bulletproof" your low back, helping you handle the constant postural challenges that come your way every training session.
The Resiliency Series can be used as a warm up or accessory work, and will go a long way towards keeping you on the mats and improving your game.
